Some Additional Info:

Technical Inspection: Most importantly, you are required to have a passing technical inspection from an ASE-certified mechanic (can be a Porsche dealer, or independent shop) within 30 days of the event using FCR’s technical inspection form which will be provided to you after you register for the event.   Please get this done as early as possible within the 30-day window so that you have time to address any issues, such as worn brake pads, worn tires, etc.

Event Logistics:  We will have early check-in and car tech inspection beginning on Friday evening, January 16 from 5:00 – 7:00pm. We encourage you to join us for a pizza and beverage social on Saturday, January 17 after the track goes cold for camaraderie and sharing of our driving highlights. In addition, professional photographer Andrew from Guided Pixels will join us trackside to take some amazing shots of our cars and driving. His photos will be available for purchase after the event.

Hotel Arrangements:   We have reserved a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn & Suites Savannah Airport, 1 Clyde E Martin Drive, Savannah, GA. The event room rate is $95/night.  Please call the hotel directly at 912-965-1551 to reserve and indicate you are with Florida Crown PCA.   Cut-off date is Jan 2, 2026.  If you’re calling the hotel after this date, they will still honor the $95 rate if rooms are available.  Other hotels are available for your choosing.

Track Event Insurance: Typical auto insurance likely does not cover driving your car on a racetrack. There are several insurers offering track day insurance, e.g., Hagerty, OnTrack, Lockton Insurance, etc.  If you choose, it is your responsibility to get your own track insurance.
